Meet Harvey

Harvey was recently adopted by my friend A. He was in the shelter for over 2 years before she found him. He has lost most of his hair because of neglect and malnutrition. It will never grow back. And yet, I think he’s one of the cutest boys I’ve seen in a while. What do you think?
