Morning Routine Follow Up

I just thought I’d post a follow up on our new morning routine, which isn’t so new anymore, after two months. The jogging I was talking about hasn’t happened, though not, for once, because of my laziness.

Junebug decided she wanted to get up and go on the walk with Larry and I. Beagles do not make good jogging partners as they like to stop every 5-10 feet to sniff. And with their low center of gravity, they’re pretty good at digging in and not moving until they want to. (Or at least June is.)

So, the three of us take as brisk a walk as we can manage in the morning. It still gets us some exercise, and they have a chance to do their business, before I go to work, and they crawl back in bed with C.
