Exhausted

Junebug is exhausted after a trip to the dog park.

Its a little odd. She is now shy when we’re there, not willing to go very far from us, and sticking very close when the big dogs are around. When she was there with Smokey, she was fearless. Its the one place where I really notice her notice not having him around.

We do have friends who have little dogs (the size June is still interested in playing with) who have offered to accompany us to the largest dog park around. We may take them up on it and see if June is less anxious when she’s there with dogs she already knows.
